Photo Recommendation

For accurate and reproducible MIDINK results:

• Fill most of the image with the color chart.
• Hold the camera parallel above the chart.
• Use even lighting without shadows or reflections.
• Lock exposure and focus before taking the photo.
• Upload the photo directly to MIDINK.

Apple iPhone

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Frame the chart.
3. Touch and hold the center of the chart until AE/AF Lock appears.
4. Take the photo.
5. Upload it to MIDINK.

Samsung Galaxy

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Frame the chart.
3. Tap the center of the chart.
4. If available, touch and hold to lock exposure and focus.
5. If your device does not support this, use Pro Mode.
6. Take the photo.

Google Pixel

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Frame the chart.
3. Tap the center of the chart.
4. If available, lock exposure and focus.
5. Take the photo.

Xiaomi / Redmi

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Frame the chart.
3. Touch and hold the center of the chart.
4. Lock exposure and focus.
5. Take the photo.

1. Open the Camera app.

Locking exposure and focus helps prevent automatic camera adjustments and improves the consistency of MIDINK measurements.
